The management (family run) were extremely attentive and accommodating to all our needs. They went out of their way to be friendly and make us comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and we loved being joined in conversation with the owners. This a boutique hotel, newly opened and beautifully appointed. Well done!

The breakfast was amazing and incredible with local ingredients and the food was cheap. The location was great, close to main square, good restaurants and the cathedral and a beautiful garden where the breakfast is served, in a lovely area. Visited Cenote Xux Ha, located at a short distance from the venue.

This place is spotlessly clean and gorgeous, the staff is very attentive, and it's conveniently located downtown. My room had a comfy bed, a safe, TV, and a mini-fridge.

Beautiful boutique hotel located in the centre location of Valladolid. Walking distance to the church and restaurants. Excellent ambiance inside the casa. Typical Mexican decor combine with luxury feeling. Very clean and everything is in order. Super friendly staff and owner. Very personal greetings from the owner during breakfast. Home made local specialities for breakfast. The breakfast is very well organized. Great value for your money.
